Everything You Need to Know

  • Mon kickoff → Tue/Wed build → Thu one feedback round (by noon ET) → Fri launch & handoff.

  • Included: up to 6 pages, CMS/blog setup, responsive build, light animations, core SEO basics, basic accessibility/performance checks, forms, training videos, 30‑day bug fix window.

    Not: full brand identity, long‑form copy, large migrations, complex ecommerce, custom apps/integrations, advanced SEO.

  • We build our website in a week projects on the Squarespace platform.

  • We use AI for wireframe ideas, copy prompts, SEO and accessibility checks. Humans handle structure, design decisions, and polish.

  • Brand assets Mon EOD, copy Tue 10 AM, key images Wed noon, feedback Thu noon. Miss it and we use a clean placeholder, log the task in a Backlog, and still launch Friday.

  • One structured round Thursday. Extra rounds or new ideas go to the Backlog (handled post‑launch via hourly or Subscription).

  • A list of tasks or content we couldn’t complete inside the week (missing inputs or scope beyond launch). It becomes the starter list for a Subscription or hourly follow on.

  • You get the Launch Version: built pages with placeholders noted, site live (or ready to go live), access, training videos, and the Backlog doc.
