Ear Hustle, from the folks at PRX, is one of the most acclaimed podcasts in the world, sharing unfiltered stories of life inside and outside prison. As the first podcast created and produced within a prison, it has since become a Pulitzer Prize finalist, a duPont Award winner, and a cultural force — with over 85 million downloads and a presence that spans books, performances, and international broadcasts.
We partnered with the Ear Hustle team to create a modern Squarespace website that reflects the power of the show. The site is designed to center their archive of episodes, showcase their ongoing impact, and create a seamless experience for new listeners, longtime fans, and the incarcerated communities they serve.
With thoughtful UX, bold storytelling visuals, and SEO best practices in place, the site now acts as a digital extension of the show's mission — to shatter myths, elevate unheard voices, and connect audiences through the art of audio.
